Shipping locations?
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. If you’re outside these areas and interested in placing an order, please send us a message — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Return or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of many of our items all sales are considered final. That said, if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’re committed to making things right whenever we can.
What should I know about your handmade soaps?
Our handmade soaps are crafted in small batches using high-quality, skin-loving ingredients. They’re free from harsh detergents and synthetic additives. Because each bar is handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, and scent are totally normal and part of the charm!
How do you ensure quality with plant cuttings and shipping?
Each plant cutting is hand-selected, healthy, and carefully packed to arrive safely. We ship early in the week to avoid weekend delays, and when needed, we insulate packages during colder months. Please unpack your cuttings as soon as they arrive and follow the care tips we include.
Gems and pendants quality assurance
Our gems and pendants are all inspected for quality before being listed. We work with trusted sources and ensure each piece is genuine and accurately described. Every order is packed with care, using protective packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
Something went wrong with my order, what do I do?
Oh no, that’s not the experience we want you to have. Please get in touch with your order number and a description of the issue (photos help, too). We’ll review and do our best to resolve things quickly and kindly.
